Tokyo stocks open slightly lower

Tokyo stocks opened slightly lower Monday.
In the first 15 minutes of trading, the 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average fell 19.70 points, or 0.15 percent, to 13,019.99 from Friday.
The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange lost 1.95 points, or 0.15 percent, to 1,283.96. The Second Section also lost ground.
